Meet Who's Behind the Mic
Chives
Matthew “Chives” Mugno is a senior at Quinnipiac University pursuing a BFA in Film Television and Media Arts.
Matthew has been fueled by a passion for storytelling since he was young, co-founding and co-hosting PuckTalkCS since 2015.
At school he works on the “Sports Paws” and “Bobcat Breakdown” Q30 student shows and covers the Quinnipiac Men's and Women's Ice Hockey Teams live through QBSN.
His passion for creating art has led him to direct four film projects alongside Steve “Sapienza: True Events” (student mini-series), “Sapienza: Final Events”(student-feature length),” The Door”(student-short), and “Original Vision” (self-funded/produced project).

Steve

Steve Murno is currently a third-year student at Manhattan college pursuing a BFA as part of a dual major degree for Management and Communications, specifically in Film Television/Media Production.
Steve has always had a passion for storytelling and media production since day 1. This started when he co-founded and co-hosted PuckTalkCS, starting in 2015.
This passion has enabled Steve to work behind and in front of the camera in many film projects since Pucktalk paused in 2018. Some of these projects included a few film projects alongside Chives in “Sapienza: True Events” (2019 student mini-series), “Sapienza: Final Events”(2021 student-full feature), and "The Door”(2021 student-short). Steve couldn't be happier to start back where his passion fully started, in bringing back PuckTalkCS for a new season.
